Push notifications to staff phones and computers
The bell in the console only rings while the page is open. Turn on push and the phone in the cleaner’s pocket or the desk computer hears about it the moment something happens.

Push notifications
On for each device
Open the notification bell, tap This device and let the browser show notifications. Each person turns it on for the devices they use, up to 10.
What the desk needs to know
By default: new bookings, payments received, payments needing attention, cancellations, late arrivals, overdue check-outs, rooms not clean before arrival and the morning summary.
Tap to open the right page
Tap the notification and the console opens on that booking or task, no searching.
Signing out stops it
When someone signs out, that device stops getting their notifications. Whoever signs in next on it does not see the last person’s.
No separate app
Notifications go through the browser’s own push service (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). On Android and computers, turn them on right in the browser.
How it works
Up and running in a few steps
- 1
Sign in to the console on the staff member’s phone or computer.
- 2
On an iPhone, add the console to the Home Screen and open it from that icon.
- 3
Open the notification bell, tap This device: off to turn it on, then tap Allow.
- 4
When a booking or payment comes in, the notification appears. Tap to open it.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple only lets a website send notifications once it is added to the Home Screen, on iOS 16.4 or later.
Questions
Common questions
I cannot see the button on my iPhone?
Safari on iPhone only supports notifications when the site is opened from its Home Screen icon. Add it to the Home Screen and open it from there.
The button says notifications are blocked?
Notification permission was refused earlier. Open the site settings in your browser, allow notifications and reload the page.
Does it replace Zalo messages?
Push is for staff only, on the devices where it is on. Messages to guests still go by Zalo or email.
