Plan payment and refund policy

This policy covers only the plan fees a business pays HostBooking. What guests pay a business (deposits, room charges) and refunds to guests follow each business’s own cancellation policy.

1. Prices and periods

• Prices are published on the Pricing page in Vietnamese đồng, paid in advance monthly or yearly.
• HostBooking does not yet issue VAT invoices; each payment has a payment record in the console.
• A price change does not affect a period already paid; the new price applies from the next renewal.

2. Trial

A new business gets a 14-day trial of the Pro plan with nothing to pay up front. If it ends unpaid there are 7 days of grace, then the Free plan; data is kept.

3. Refunds

• Asked within 7 days of paying for a period (month or year): a 100% refund of that period, and the plan returns to Free.
• After 7 days: no refund; the plan runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• Service interrupted by HostBooking’s fault for more than 24 hours in a row: the same number of days is added to the current period.
• An account suspended for breaching the Terms of service: no refund.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

• Upgrading mid-period takes effect at once; the unused part of the old period is credited against the new plan.
• Downgrading takes effect when the paid period ends, with no refund of the difference. Anything over the lower plan’s limits is locked, not deleted.

5. Late payment

A period that ends unrenewed has 7 days of grace on the same plan, then moves to the Free plan. There are no penalties or interest.

6. Asking for a refund

• Email or Zalo (at the foot of the page) with the site name, invoice code and the account to refund to.
• HostBooking answers within 3 working days and transfers within 7 working days of accepting, to the account that paid or one the business names in writing.

7. Complaints

Complaints go through the contacts at the foot of the page and are handled under the Consumer Protection Law No. 19/2023/QH15 and the Terms of service.
