Frequently asked questions

Can guests with another bank scan a NamABank QR code?

Yes. It follows NAPAS’s VietQR standard, so almost every banking app and e-wallet in Vietnam can pay it; the guest does not need a NamABank account.

What is NamABank’s BIN 970428?

The BIN identifies the bank in the NAPAS network. The QR code carries 970428 so the guest’s app knows the money goes to Ngân hàng TMCP Nam Á.

Is there a fee to receive money by NamABank QR?

The tool is free and HostBooking never holds the money. Any transfer fee follows the sending bank’s and NamABank’s fee schedules; most fast domestic transfers are currently free.

Can a booking confirm itself when money reaches NamABank?

On HostBooking, yes: each booking has its own QR code, and with your bank connected through SePay the booking switches to paid when the money arrives with the right reference.
