Which messages should I send guests?
At least: a booking confirmation with the deposit request, a deposit-received note, pre-arrival instructions and a thank-you after check-out.
Can I offer a gift for a review?
No. Google and Airbnb forbid reviews in exchange for gifts or discounts. The review request here simply invites an honest review.
When should I send check-in instructions?
About a day before arrival: close enough to be remembered, early enough for questions.
